DOWN AND UP HOUSE – HOUSTON, TX

The Down and Up House was designed and nicknamed by Karen Lantz. It was important to Lantz to source as much of the new building’s materials as possible from American manufacturers and to also have an energy-conscious design. The Down and Up House has earned a LEED Platinum certification.
